How do we replace insecurity, fear, hatred, revenge, illness, pain, poverty, need, etc., if we don’t have a plan for replacing them? The reason we don’t change is not because we don’t want to; it is because we don’t have an alternative plan of who we will be without being defined by the emotions of who we presently are.
