Online Events and Purchases
Payment for our Online Events or CD Downloads, must be made online using a Credit Card or PayPal Account.
We cannot accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders or any other form of direct payment outside of the website.

You can register by Phone or Online using a Credit Card up to two days before the event start date, or by Bank Wire up to two weeks before the event start date.

You may register in person at any event during registration hours.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online purchases, event pre-registration, and payment at the door.
For events in Yelm, WA we also accept Cash, International Money Orders, and Traveler's Checks in US Dollars made payable to JZK, Inc.

Your First Visit to RSE

What to Bring
- A current picture ID, such as passport, driver's license, or student ID.
- A yoga-type floor mat and cushion to sit on, seat spaces are approx 2' x 5'.
- A nonbreakable water container (We encourage the use of metal over plastic bottles).
- Loose, comfortable clothing. You may want to dress in layers for the changing weather. Make sure to bring rain gear and boots.
- You will be asked to sign a Conditions of Participation agreement if you have not already completed that form.
- You can download a copy to sign and bring to the event. Copies will also be available on campus.

At your first event in Yelm, you will be issued your RSE Student Photo ID, which is required to complete your registration.
Bring your RSE Photo ID to all events you attend anywhere in the world to speed up your registration process.
Overnight Accommodations
You may spend the night on campus during an event. Please bring a sleeping bag for the arena. You may bring a tent or sleep in your vehicle if you prefer. There is plenty of room for RVs, but there are a limited number of electrical hookups if you wish to reserve one for your RV. We have Men's and Women's shower facilities.
Meal Options
The availability of prepared food by food vendors during an event is different for each event, check the event registration page for details.
We do have an on-campus Espresso/Coffee and Food Trailer that is open for all events. Coffee drinks are always available and depending on the event prepared food may also be available.
There are hot water dispensers for instant foods, and snack and cold beverage vending machines. We also sell ice if you bring a cooler for your food supplies. No open flames or cooking devices are permitted in the eating areas, tent areas, or parking lot except for code-approved RVs.
There are open gates for most meal breaks to get your meal in town.
Retreat environment
The Yelm campus a place to retreat from the distractions of daily life. It is also JZ's home. Please respect her privacy.
- Cell phone use is prohibited except in the parking lot.
- Photography is prohibited except in the campus parking lot.
- The making of audio or video recording of events is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed at any time. If you have pets in your vehicle, you will be asked to leave.
Solicitation of any kind, including solicitations for tuition, commercial, private, or personal business, is prohibited without prior written permission from JZK, Inc.
Bringing Children to RSE
Children of all ages can attend or stream events at Ramtha's school.
There are several categories for children and different policies for each age group.
*Please check the eligibility requirements for each event.
Children 6 through 19 must complete a Class 101 Event to qualify for eligible RSE Events. A parent or legal guardian must sign and have notarized the form entitled "Parental Authority for a Minor to Attend RSE" prior to their child's first event at the Main Campus in Yelm, WA.
The parent or guardian must be present at registration for the child's first event.
Please also bring a copy of the child's birth certificate and parent's driver's license or passport that clearly shows the relationship to the child. We have a Notary Public on campus.
Parents may bring children 5 and under to most events at no charge but the child must attend the event with at least one parent.
Once a child reaches age 6, the child must complete a Class 101 event to qualify for eligible RSE Events.
RSE does not provide childcare. You are your child's primary teacher. You cannot leave your child in the care of any staff member. It is up to you to determine what is best for your child with regard to activities that are offered for children to participate in at an event.
During events and while on RSE Main Campus or at an International Venue, you are responsible for your children's actions at all times.
Children 6 through 19 are expected to participate in Ramtha's disciplines. Children 5 and under may participate as best they can, under parental supervision.
At no time during the children's activities or disciplines may a child be left unattended. This means you cannot allow your child to play alone or with other children unsupervised while you join the main group.
Discounts for Children
- Children 5 and under may attend with their parent at no cost.
- Children 6 through 19 receive a 50% discount on most events, please check the pricing information under the Cost & Discounts section of the event details page.
- To receive the discount we must have proof of age verification to update the childs student record.
- Full-time college students with a letter on file receive a 50% discount on most events at the Yelm Main Campus.
- Please check the information for each event. This discount is not available for events outside of the Yelm Main Campus, or for Online Events.
- Children who want to stream a live or on-demand event must have an online account which is synced to their RSE student record to receive the online discount.
