Lessons include a deeper understanding of the brain's mechanics.
You will learn how to use your brain more skillfully to consciously create reality.

- Supplies Needed For The Program: Blindfolds - Notebook for Notes - Yoga Type Mat for the Floor - Pillow to Sit On - Candle - Mirror (12" by 16" is Sufficient)
Something to prop up a card behind the candle - Colored Pencils - Pencil Sharpener - Non-Glass Container for Water - A Light Heart Grants are available for children 6-19 attending their first Beginning Event. Contact coordinator for more information.
