The training of The Grid® is abstract. It requires a willingness to lay down the personality and become a nobody for long moments. One cannot access the fabric of a new reality without first detaching from the experience of the old reality.

All things arising from the Void into physical manifestation as common reality have been pre-programmed with consciousness and energy by an Observer. The training of The Grid technique teaches you how to overlay common reality, how to alter the frequencies and chemistry in your brain, how to unfold your consciousness and energy into the origins of materiality, and how to reprogram the underlying fabric of reality.
