Judge Chris Wickham, from the Thurston County Superior Court, issued his final decision Friday, November 7, 2008, in the case of JZ Knight vs. City of Yelm, et al, and sided with JZ Knight.

“The Judge said he is clear that the City has laid down their intent to keep the truth in this case from the public, which is of prime importance, and overruled the city's objections.”
