ACCOMMODATIONS

All students at Beginning and Advanced Retreats on the RSE campus spend each night of the event on campus and bring their own sleeping bag, RV, tent or trailer.

TRAILER AND RV POLICY

IF you are bringing your RV or a rented RV or trailer on to the RSE campus for an event you MUST come in during regular gate and registration times.

NO PETS ON THE RSE CAMPUS

No pets are allowed on the RSE campus at any time. If you have pets in your vehicle during gate and registration times you will be sent home.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE RSE CAMPUS INTOXICATED, YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL FOR ONE YEAR WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. This also means you will lose your current eligibility and must start over in the school.

2010 Yelm Follow-Ups

NEW ELIGIBILTY!!

Please note that the Yelm All Group Follow-Ups have been opened up to all current and non-current students. In order to qualify to attend a Follow-Up, non-current students must have attended a Beginning Retreat or a Campaign, or have enrolled in the Home Study Program at some point since 1988.

The 2010 Yelm Follow-Ups are scheduled for the following dates:

*September All Group Follow-Up, scheduled for September 1-5.

The cost is $500, with children, seniors, full-time college students, and 2010 Follow-Up repeaters paying 1/2 price.

Gates and registration will be from 4-7pm on August 31, and from 4-7pm on September 1. Those students who arrive on August 31 may spend that night on the RSE campus.

Week-day days will be optional.

*Blue College Follow-Up, scheduled for October 27-31.

This event is open only to those students who attended the Blue College Retreat in February 2010. The cost is $500 with no discounts.

Gates and registration will be from 2 to 7pm on October 26, and from 2 to 7pm on October 27. Students who arrive on October 26 may spend that night on the RSE campus.

Tents will not be required at this event, RVs are permitted, however, no one will sleep in the arena. Week day days will be optional.

*December All Group Follow-Up, scheduled for December 8 to 12.

The cost is $500, with children, seniors, full-time college students, and 2010 Follow-Up repeaters paying 1/2 price.

Gates and registration will be from 4-7pm on December 7, and from 4-7pm on December 8. Those students who arrive on December 7 may spend that night on the RSE campus.

Week-day days will be optional.

Blue Body Dance Events

RSE has scheduled a Blue Body Dance Event for December 5. This event is open to all current students. The cost is $40, with seniors and children paying 1/2 price.

Gates and registration will be from 8am to 9am, and again from 6pm to 7pm. Students are welcome to attend either the entire Blue Body Day, or just the Blue Body Dance Evening.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 6 FREE:

All childen up to age 6 may attend any Event at no charge, and will not have to follow any eligibility prerequisites. At the age of 6, children will start to pay for events, and will need to attend a Beginning Retreat and Beginning Follow-Up in the same calendar year to be current.

SENIOR DISCOUNT POLICY

Seniors 65 and over pay 1/2 price for all events except for Blue College. Occassionally there may be exceptions to this, in which case you will be notified in advance of the change.

CHILDREN 6-19

Children 6-19 pay 1/2 price for all events. Occassionally there may be an exception to this, in which case you will be notified ina advance of the change.

NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS

Remember, there are no refunds or transfers on any event you preregister for unless that event is canceled by RSE.
