ACCOMMODATIONS

All students at Beginning and Advanced Retreats on the RSE campus spend each night of the event on campus and bring their own sleeping bag, RV, tent or trailer.

TRAILER AND RV POLICY

IF you are bringing your RV or a rented RV or trailer on to the RSE campus for an event you MUST come in during regular gate and registration times.

NO PETS ON THE RSE CAMPUS

No pets are allowed on the RSE campus at any time. If you have pets in your vehicle during gate and registration times you will be sent home.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE RSE CAMPUS INTOXICATED, YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL FOR ONE YEAR WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. This also means you will lose your current eligibility and must start over in the school.

Speaker Evening

Alan J. Hamilton, author of The Scalpel and the Soul, will be a special guest speaker at RSE on October 3.

The Evening is free of charge to those students attending the Combination Event or the October All Group Follow-Up. All other current students are invited to attend for $25 with no further discounts.

Gates and registration will be from 6pm to 7pm on October 3 with the Evening begining at 7pm. There will be a book signing afterwards.

2008 FOLLOW-UPS

This year's Follow-Ups are as follows:

October All Group Follow-Up (October 1-5)This Follow-Up is open to all current students. The cost is $500, with seniors, children, and full-time college students paying 1/2 price. Weekdays will be optional. Gates and registration will be from 4 to 7pm on September 30, and from 3 to 7pm on October 1. Students who arrive on September 30 may spend that night on the RSE campus.

Blue College Follow-Up (October 22-26)Students must have attended the Blue College Retreat in 2008 in order to attend this event.The cost is $500 with no discounts. All students must have their own personal tent and be self-sufficient. Weekdays will NOT be optional.Gates and registration will be from 1 to 7pm on October 21 AND October 22. Students who arrive on October 21 may spend that night on the RSE campus.

November All Group Follow-Up (November 5-9)This Follow-Up is open to all current students.The cost is $500, with seniors, children and full-time college students paying 1/2 price. Weekdays will be optional. Gates and registration will be from 4 to 7pm on November 4, and from 3 to 7pm on November 5. Students who arrive on November 4 may spend that night on the RSE campus.

CHRISTMAS WITH RAMTHA

Christmas With Ramtha is scheduled for December 20. All students having completed a Follow-Up in 2008 are invited to attend. The cost is $80, with children and seniors paying 1/2 price.

NEW YEAR'S WITH RAMTHA

New Year's With Ramtha is scheduled for December 31. All students who attended a Follow-Up in 2008 are invited to attend. The cost is $50 with seniors and children paying 1/2 price.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 6 FREE:

All childen up to age 6 may attend any Event at no charge, and will not have to follow any eligibility prerequisites. At the age of 6, children will start to pay for events, and will need to attend a Beginning Retreat and Beginning Follow-Up in the same calendar year to be current.

SENIOR DISCOUNT POLICY

Seniors 65 and over pay 1/2 price for all events except for Blue College. Occassionally there may be exceptions to this, in which case you will be notified in advance of the change.

CHILDREN 6-19

Children 6-19 pay 1/2 price for all events. Occassionally there may be an exception to this, in which case you will be notified ina advance of the change.

NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS

Remember, there are no refunds or transfers on any event you preregister for unless that event is cancelled by RSE.
